$250 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS!! $50 GAS ALLOWANCE EACH WEEK!! IBP is looking for a reliable handyman to undertake, upkeep, and repair tasks at the interior or exterior level. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail is important for this job. Requirements: Must drive a vehicle able to hold ladder/tools. Must have an ACTIVE/VALID drivers license. Available from Monday-Friday, most days start at 9am. Must have tools for the following: Sheetrock (tape, float, texture, paint) Basic Carpentry Exterior (fencing, siding, corner pops) Skills: Proven experience of handyman. Experience with hardware tools. Basic understanding of interior and exterior work w/in a home. Good communication skills. Attention to detail. Well-organized.
