GROUND FLOOR WINDOW CLEANING Hello, to keep my prices cheap I offer window cleaning for ranch homes and single story business only, I only work close to home because of the high gas prices, no ladders to lug around and no safety issues with a ladder on your property. I offer an initial full cleaning, that includes cleaning out window sashes of bugs and accumulated dirt, cleaning of screens, removal of wasp nests, spider webs and inspection and caulking of windows. Most 3 bedroom ranch homes run $150-200 for initial full cleaning, return visits to clean them for the year would be around $50-75 for just window cleaning and maintenance, I use simple cleaning solution nothing harsh, I also offer screen replacement for torn or old screens per an estimate based on size and number of windows, if you haven't had them done in years now is the time, thanks for thinking about having your windows cleaned 👍
