Versatile singer/ guitarist looking for an open-minded upright bassist to play duo gigs covering a variety of styles from modern folk to classic country and blues. This would be in the vein of Sarah Jarocsz, the Milk Carton Kids, and the Punch Brothers, mixed in with classic styles like Chuck Berry and Chet Atkins. It would be a huge plus to have a jazz or blues background, or be able to sing harmonies. I really enjoy collaborative improvisation, and hope you're up to playing walking bass lines and taking a solo here and there.
