We are seeking for a motivated & enthusiastic Pool Monitor for a Mobilehome Community in Poway, CA. This position is responsible for keeping a close eye on the users of a swimming pool and associated facilities to ensure safe behavior, enforce Covid-19 safety precautions and assist with problems. Below please find a description of essential duties: *Provide a range of monitoring the pool area & associated facilities but not limited to: - Call for emergency assistance when necessary - Control the number of swimmers in the pool - Examine the pool & surrounding areas for potential hazards - Perform regular safety checks of the pool & associated equipment - Ensure access for residents and authorized guests only - Check poolside equipment & report faults to supervisor - Observe established policies & procedures - Clean poolside & surrounding areas - Able to establish & maintain a working relationship with co-workers, residents & their guests, in a courteous & responsible manner - Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: - Communicate effectively - Alert, quick & good decision maker - Able to work effectively in crowds - Strong swimmer - CPR certification not necessary but preferred This is a seasonal position, to start JUNE 10, 2022. Part Time, Wednesday to Sunday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break a day. Compensation is $15.00 per hour. Please reply to this ad with your resume for consideration.
