Roles & Responsibilities: Installation or Repair of the following items and appliances within apartment units: • Sinks • Counter and Cabinet Resurfacing • Ceiling fans • Appliances • Vents • Outlets • Doors • Knobs • Faucets Job Requirements: • Must have GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE • Must have OWN VEHICLE to transport tools, supplies and equipment to different properties • Must USE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT to perform all duties • Must have SMART PHONE to receive work assignments • Must be reliable, customer service-oriented and willing to be part of a team • Must be honest and organized with positive attitude, looking to represent an ethical business • Must be organized and able to think on your feet • Must be available to WORK: MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Compensation is based on a per-unit rate and on your ability to complete quality repairs and installations in a timely fashion
