We are a seeking out good-humored and hardworking crew members to join our team at Red Twig Fine Gardening. We are a design, build and maintenance company located on Bainbridge Island that focuses on detailed, sustainable garden care and great customer service. Ideal candidates would have a strong work ethic, great people skills, and enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather. Must have valid WSDL and reliable transportation. Experience and a willingness to learn is ideal. Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds and move wheelbarrows of mulch/soil/stone. Lots of room to learn and advance in this growing company as we continue to expand our offerings and bring green garden care practices to as many gardens as we can. We have openings for full-time and part-time employment for the following positions- Maintenance Gardener: Duties would include bed work, plant care, leaf clean-up, mowing, edging, hedges, mulching, and planting. Doe $16.50-$20 hour, all full-time team members will receive paid holidays and opportunities to advance within the company. Landscape Installation: Knowledge in the following skills would be required for this position: irrigation installation and management, general knowledge of stonework (pavers, flagstone), various edgings and large tree planting. At least 2 years of relevant experience for this position is must. Doe $19-25 hour, paid holidays and room to grow within company. Please reply with an email with relevant experience or resume.
