Ballard based Design/Build company is seeking a FULL TIME laborer/driver. The majority of our work is in Seattle and north Seattle. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow and become our next carpenter apprentice! Work is full time, Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. NO WEEKENDS! Duties include: • Daily clean up of job site, mostly single-family homes. • Carrying lumber (50+lbs) • Removing debris and trash from site to dumpster • Assisting foreman and crew when/where needed • Picking up supplies and delivering to job site Job requirements: • Must be bi-lingual • Must follow all safety rules • You MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD TO DRIVE A COMPANY TRUCK. • Must have your own reliable transportation • Must have neat, clean appearance • NON Smokers preferred • Must be on time and ready to work, if you cannot do this please don’t apply. • Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with foreman and crew • Must be able to follow directions and be a problem solver Some construction experience is REQUIRED.
