Boat Destructor Destructor: One who causes deliberate, irreparable damage to old boats needing to be recycled Boat Destructors are responsible for the following tasks - Remove hardware and parts from boats being recycled - Assist in removal of engines and larger hardware - Cut boats down to manageable pieces as instructed by a manager - More generally, destroy old boats while salvaging what we can for recycling Awareness of Jobsite Safety is a must Must be able to lift 50lbs or more Willing to use tools of the job – Reciprocating saw, circular saw, drill, pry bars and other such destructive tools Flexible work schedule – Pick your days and time – Some overlap with team preferred Part time contractor position with possibility of full-time employment after 6-12 months Contractor/Employee discount on salvage items/parts Starting pay $18/hr Raises and bonuses based on personal performance, company performance and cost of living
