Looking for a bass player to be our Leon Wilkeson. If you are looking for a challenge you have met your match. The bass lines in the Southern Rock sound of Lynyrd Skynyrd were complex and extremely difficult to play and sound right. Learn a few of their songs, That Smell comes to mind, and you will see what I mean. We are an established band having played the tribute band circuit since 2010. We have performed at many casinos, fairs, festivals and corporate events. We are looking for someone with out any drama. Someone who can learn their parts and play them as they sound on the recordings. Leon was the main backing singer so we need someone with strong backing vocals as well that can harmonize with the lead singer. Listen to early Lynyrd Skynyrd and you will get the jist. This is a challenging but very important part of the Lynyrd Skynyrd sound. So if you are up for the challenge please respond to our ad.
