Looking for help with stucco

I'm looking for help doing the stucco for my house in Grants Pass. The wall area is about 2000 sf. For now I just need help with the lath and scratch coat. I prefer someone with stucco experience. Please don't apply if you use drugs of any type, including pot. Pay depends on experience. I could pay $20 for good labor and $25-30 for someone skilled.
