Entry-Level Solar Installer Part time to start. Assist crew with installing residential and light commercial solar electric systems, mostly in Western Mendocino County. Largely a labor and gofer position to start, with on-the-job training in solar installation. Applicant must: • have basic tool skills • be physically competent, able to climb ladders and on roofs • work safely and carefully • be able to lift 60 lbs • have reliable transportation and clean driving record • be a quick learner Desired attributes: • some construction experience • good communication skills (friendly) • self-motivated, but able to take direction • organized, neat • eager to learn • flexible about scheduling email resume to [email protected]
