Maintenance Worker Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our commercial and residential properties. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid with computer technology. This position requires physical work. Will be trained on software program. Maintenance Worker Duties and Responsibilities and Qualifications -Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc. -Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed -Maintain grounds, including yard upkeep, trimming, edging, blowing leaves, and collecting trash, etc.. -Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs -Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems -Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals while maintaining professionalism at all times -Report to office manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress always keeping office manager updated -Be able to do regular inspections on units -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will all tenants -Must have a work truck -Some experience with tools -Pay will be equal to experience and reliability Please send work experience by responding to this post.
