Lost: Blue Patagonia backpack

My blue Patagonia backpack was stolen out of my car in Oakland at 48th and Shattuck. My laptop that was inside pinged it’s location at 41st and Shafter at 9 pm last night. There are items of sentimental value in that bag that would be trash to anyone else, so I’d like to find the backpack even if the laptop is gone. Thanks for your help.
