I have a deck that is in " "Thornhurst" (about 20 minutes from Mount Pocono) that I need some help on. I will pay top good money for a SOLID CARPENTER or TWO who can: Lay Out and Build Stair Stringers (2 medium stairs-2 small sets) Build VERY basic Horizontal Railings Build Very Basic Benches Lay out and run 5/4 PT deck boards The framing is basically finished, I will finish it over the weekend. If you are a deck helper and have run deck boards before and can screw down deck boards with little or no supervision there is about 450 SF of Deck boards to screw down also on Monday-Tuesday-Weds of this coming week. Please specify what your skills are, and what your availability is. If you are a finish deck carpenter, please send me some pictures of your work. I will also be open to subbing some of this work out, or paying a fair "Day Rate" for the carpenters. Deck helpers, $20 or $25 an hour if I can leave you on the site alone and have confidence you can screw down the boards without any issues.
