Maintenance technician for property cleaning

Mavi Unlimited Property Management is looking to hire a maintenance technician to focus on general unit cleanings. These would include larger one time "turn" or "make ready" cleanings for right before a new resident moves in, or for right after a resident moves out of a managed property. Not quite full time work, approx. 20+ hours, but you do have the ability to make your own schedule. We'll let you know when a property has to be cleaned by, and you can decide when you'd like to fit that in. Pay is $20/hr to start. This is a W-2 position.
