Seeking 2 Full-Time Managers Philadelphia company expanding to the Northern Jersey area. We provide free devices and electronic to communities in the inner city areas around the US. We provide free phones and now tablets with free internet service via the ACP programs. Managers will over see teams of no more than 15 reps. Responsibilities: Manage territory Inventory management Recruiting/Training As Sales Manager, your job will be to create strategies to ensure we are hitting our sales goals. Even though the devices are free, sales goals must be met. Compansation: Sales Managers receive a percentage of every activation submitted by one of their agents. With a team of only 10 agents, a Sales Manager's salary is typically $75,000+ yearly. Must have management experience We also pay weekly bonuses for exceeding sales goals.
