Aloha! We are a Landscape Installation and Maintenace Company looking to hire individuals who enjoy working outdoors, with experience in Landscaping with a friendly attitude. We are looking to hire both our Installation and Maintenance Departments for both Crew Members and Crew Leaders. We are also hiring for our Flatbed Truck Driver positions. We are growing, and have competitive pay and a great culture. The Responsibilities of the Installation Foreman (Team Leader) are: - On-time for work Mon-Friday (6:45 am at Our Pearl City Shop) till 3:15 pm - Work Closely with Department Manager and Project Manager to ensure Landscape Construction projects are completed, on time, safely, and with customer satisfaction - Lead a team of 3-5 people to professionally complete Landscape construction jobs such as installing new sod, installing Irrigation systems, Installing new plants, installing new concrete, and much more... - Communicate with Clients and ensure they are satisfied with the project along the way - Report any issues to the department manager - Drive a company truck - Organize needed materials, truck, and personal movement to ensure efficiency Requirements: - Valid Drivers License - 1 Year of Landscape Construction Experience or other related fields - Reliable - Positive Attitude - Passion for the Job Full Time Mon-Friday 6:45 am-3:15 pm Benefits: Competitive Pay and room for growth.
