You will have an opportunity to learn how to use specialized manufacturing equipment to fabricate metal roofing products, drive and make deliveries, and work with a small amazing team. Job Responsibilities • Learn and help operate specialized metal bending and cutting equipment • Learn how to operate a standing seam machine at job sites • Deliver equipment or products to customers with company provided truck and trailer, including off-loading at the job site • Quickly learn and become a resource for our customers on the proper use and installation guidance of our products • Maintain all pieces of equipment by routinely inspecting machinery, cleaning, and getting equipment up for usage, and ordering replacement parts when necessary • Interact and provide great customer service • Assist other team members with order preparations • Clean and shut down operations at the end of the workday Job Benefits • Starting pay $22/hour (based on experience) • $1000 signing bonus (paid after 90-day trial period) • 40 hours per week (M-F 8am-5pm) • 1.5X Overtime pay • Additional benefits begin after trial period: • 9 paid holidays per year • Paid time off and sick days • Medical Care • Bereavement leave Job Skills & Qualifications Required: • Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Previous experience driving a truck and trailer • Clean driving record • Basic understanding of carpentry, construction practices, and/or building experience • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols • Ability to pass a drug/background check
