Lost lutino cockatiel

I just lost my bird in Pearl City, Twinview Terrace in Manana. He's a 3 year old Lutino Cockatiel that answers to Chobi. He was handfed, so he will eat out of your hand. He doesn't speak, but he loves to whistles Aadams family not very well, but you can hear it. He's very friendly and will hop onto any hand. His wings are clipped, but I guess he can fly when startled, especially from the sound of the Ring doorbell. The sound startled Chobi and he flew up over our roof from my shoulder and that was that. I searched my rooftop, around our house, neighbors, and around our block. He has never been outside this long, I don't know how resilient he is in the wild. I'm worried for his survival.
