Lutino Cockatiel lost

I just lost Chobi, a Lutino Cockatiel in Pearl City, Twinview Terrace in Manana, on 5/25/22, AM. He's handfed and just made 3 years old in April. He doesn't speak, but he loves to whistles Aadams family not very well, and enjoys the whistles of Andy Griffith, Jeopardy, and Castle theme songs. He's very friendly and will hop onto any hand. His wings are clipped, but I guess he can fly when startled, especially from the sound of the Ring doorbell. The sound startled Chobi and he flew up over our roof from my shoulder. I searched my rooftop, around our house, neighbors, and around our block. He has never been outside this long, and I don't know how resilient he is in the wild. I'm worried for his survival.
