Chubby Kitten

I'm not sure if it's a male or female (I think it's a female). I don't know how old it is. The kitten and mum were hiding under our barn until about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I was able to catch and relocate them to an XL 48x32 dog kennel with their own cat house, litter box, bed etc where she could safely nurse the kitten on our back porch (much safer). They seemed content enough at first, but the mum ran away/ disappeared about 2-3 weeks ago. I thought she would come back or hang around because of the kitten, but she seems to be gone for good. The kitten has been living on its own ever since. It uses the litter box and has transitioned to hard foods. *If your interested/ any question, Please send me your cell Number, Thanks.
