Seeking a responsible maintenance person to perform a variety of condominium and homeowner's association maintenance duties. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, clean background check, own personal tools, a smart phone, take pride in their work and have a positive, can do attitude. This position is primarily an outdoors maintenance position, so must be able to tolerate working outdoors in potentially extreme conditions. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in wide variety of maintenance related skills, including drywall repairs, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, irrigation repairs, and other assorted maintenance skills that may be called upon. The position also includes basic cleaning duties, including site trash pick up and removal, pressure washing and other duties designed to maintain curb appeal. The candidate must be able to take charge and ownership of the position and be able to work with little direct supervision. Current opening requires availability to work in multiple locations in the Indian Harbor Beach and Indialantic area, and is subject to travel to other locations within Brevard County from Titusville to Palm Bay and Viera to the beaches. Reliable transportation is mandatory. As a full time position, the candidate would be eligible for 100% company paid health insurance premiums, plus other great benefits, including monthly cell phone allowance and mileage allowance.
