KIDS WHO COOK...Eat!
Every Wednesday at 11 am during the summer months, students will learn different aspects of cooking at the Flour Pot Kitchen Classroom. The class will conclude with dining on the food that has been prepared. Sign your kiddo up for classes on the dates that you prefer. Classes are $40 each week. Adult chaperones may participate with their child if they so choose at no additional cost.

June 22 Kids Charcuterie!
In this class, kids will learn what a Charcuterie Boards is and how to how to create one that is kid friendly.
Charcuterie is a French term for a branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products, such as bacon, ham, sausage, and other cured meats. In a sense, picnic food that you would eat if you were out in a field in the French countryside. Lately, it has come to be defined as any kind of snacking platter or board for any occasion.
Charcuterie boards can be made for breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, or deserts. What makes this so great for kids is that you’re giving them a choice. This is a fun easy way to change things up around snack or mealtime.
Pre-registration is required. Upon registration you will be sent a Release of Liability form to fill out and return the first class your child attends.
