This June, enjoy complimentary Pilates Classes to help build your core strength for summer! Pilates improves overall strength, flexibility, breath control, coordination and more. Expect to sweat a bit, laugh a bit, and enjoy the process. Appropriate for all levels.

She then became an Internationally Certified Yoga + Pilates Instructor, massage therapist of 30 years, Reiki Master, & aquatic rehabilitation therapist. She now also teaches water aerobics, Lifeguards, Nia Dance, Zen Barre & Zumba. Native Californian, but has called Colorado her home the past 22 years.
