Hey there, I live in Portland, OR. Today my husband was driving home from out of state and met another man at a rest stop. The gentleman had 4 GSP’s and himself living out of his van due to his home burning down out of state and was struggling. He asked my husband if he would take this dog, the youngest of the dogs. My husband has a big heart and to avoid him going to a kill shelter, he brought him home. We already have 4 dogs and it is fairly urgent that we place him somewhere so that he can find a great home. I reached out to a breed specific rescue hoping but haven’t heard back.. He's about 3 years old and I believe has some type of papers. Please give me a call or text if you have any leads for me or may be interested in giving him a good home. He is pretty sad without his dad and what family he knows, shows no reactiveness with our dogs, we have xs -lg sized dogs. He could probably be easily trained for hunting.
