Come join us for a complimentary BURN session! On Saturday June 4th at 9 am we are inviting members as well as non-members to join in our small group training. BURN is a high intensity class that combines strength and endurance using treadmills, rowers, kettlebells, barbells, TRX and more to give you a complete workout every time. This class is for those who are serious about getting result. Our experienced coaches are full of life and will give you personal attention and inspiration as they push you forward. Expect to burn 450-1000+ calories per class.
