English (Espanol mas abajo) We are excited to partner with The Marigold Society to offer an introduction to the history of this flower, cempoalxochitl (also known as marigold), that is so important to our culture and also to plant our own cempoalxochitl to take home and grow ourselves. This will be a relaxed event, open to all ages. Lunch will be included. Please bring: 1. Water 2. Gardening gloves (if you have them - we will have a limited amount to share) 3. Sunscreen 4. Hat 5. Clothes suitable for hot weather and that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
