WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 25, Sylvia Stoudmire, of West Haven, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Krauszer's Food Store in West Haven and won $10,000.
