Founded in 2014, the company had been located in Pickwick Plaza in downtown Greenwich. Their headquarters will now occupy 17,480 square feet at 2200 Atlantic St. in the Harbor Point section of Stamford, a Building and Land Technology spokesperson told Patch. BLT owns the property at 2200 Atlantic St. "We're proud of the incredible success we have been able to achieve over the last year at Harbor Point. We've seen great demand from premier tenants who are attracted to everything that Stamford has to offer," a BLT spokesperson told Patch in an email. "Oak joins our other world-class corporate tenants including Tomo Network, NewEdge Wealth, ITT, Altus Power, and Schonfeld, all of whom are key players in the historic and unprecedented economic growth occurring in Stamford." An Oak HC/FT told the Advocate that the move was made to accommodate growth in the company. There are also offices in Boston and San Francisco.
