Furnished rental company looking for handyman/ maintenance person to help with property repairs, cleaning carpets, general painting, installing window shades, and other maintenance issues. Must have maintenance experience, ability to follow directions, accountability and the ability to work as a team player. Hours generally 9-5, but can start later or earlier. Busy season April -October, will need to work some Saturdays. Properties are located in Brookline, Cambridge, Brighton, Boston. Must have drivers license. Looking for full time with some flexibility.
