Date Night: Gnocchi and Focaccia Pugliese with Blue Bike Bakery

Description

This evening will consist of 4 courses, hands on instruction by two of our chefs and all recipes. Menu includes Artisan Focaccia Pugliese, demonstrated by Mike Williams of Blue Bike Bakery, and a hands on lesson in potato gnocchi with brown butter sage sauce. We will make a fresh salad of apples, toasted pecans, shallots and feta with a maple vinaigrette dressing and sit down to enjoy the meal together. We will conclude the evening with a delicate rustic italian sweet. We will have sparkling water. You are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine.
