MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Meriden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 25, Frederick Sattler Jr., of Middletown, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the A&S Quik-Pik Inc. in Meriden and won $15,000.
