The best thing about the event is that it goes beyond what you would see at a typical yard sale. It is in a walk-through style where customers can stay at a distance as they frequent the different rooms/sections and areas both inside and out where there will be a few packaged, snack items out also and they can also request that items be put on hold for them at a later time for pick up if the item is a little larger and they need to arrange a uhaul etc. and they can make a down payment. Attendees can bring a lawn chair as well or blanket to hang out on any of the lawn areas on the property or sit on any open chairs available. Then can enjoy an evening bonfire if coming in the evening with a covid friendly smores bar that has individualized packages of graham, crackers and smores for free on a first come first serve basis. There will be music playing throughout the home and outside most likely and children can come in clothes they are okay with getting wet as there will be water balloons. Also, any paying customer who entered into any of the raffles at the event winners will be announced later in the week and contacted via email or phone-based on what info is given to claim their prizes. Prizes include one bath and body works smores candle with a throw blanket for the fireside times, plus a family friendly/kid friendly beach bucket filled with a few items and so on. **It will only be asked that masks be worn around others or if close to others and that large bags or small purses be left in vehicles upon going throughout the property to help with loss prevention and avoid anything from being taken.
