Most of us have been watching or reading the international news and are shocked and moved by the humanitarian crisis within Ukraine and its refugees in other countries. It might not be much, but there are ways we can help. Our church has decided to have a fundraising bake sale, with all the proceeds going to Direct Relief’s on-the-ground support of Ukrainians. Our plan is to have a one-day event which is easy, fun, inclusive, and financially significant. Everything we bake will be packaged for quick “take and go” sale.
