As a spiritual healer and an artist, my dream has always been to combine the two together in seamless harmony. After recently graduating from 200hr YTT training, I will be hosting a celebratory creative yoga flow for all on June 2nd at 6:30pm! This is a 100% safe and welcoming space for everyone and all levels. You do not need any fancy yoga clothes, and you certainly do not need any experience in yoga. Just bring your mat, water and your beautiful selves. This flow will be for artists and creatives to tap more into their flow state energy. Where all creativity derives from, source energy and the heart. This is a donation based class and we will be celebrating the beginning of pride month as well!
