Level: All Levels, some foundational knowledge of yoga may be useful, but is not required. Class Goals: The purpose of vinyasa yoga is to use the breath to align the body and mind. You'll develop a stronger mind-body connection and grow in strength and flexibility. What to Expect: Breath work, working through flows of various poses.
