Press release from the Carroll County Government: Thursday, May 26, 2022 Westminster, MD, Thursday, May 26, 2022 – The Carroll County Board of Commissioners announced previously that county facilities will begin modified Friday business hours for the summer. Beginning Friday, May 27th and continuing through Friday, September 2, 2022, county facilities will close at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. The early close time affects Fridays only.
