Seeking electrician for the long-haul

Hello, I'm an artist living in Mill Valley, one of those rare people who isn't come from a corporate or tech background. I'm a musician and dancer. I have downstairs neighbors and want to be free to play and sing and dance without disturbing them too much, which is currently not the case. To make changes I'm looking to insulate the roof and this will affect the lights which is where you come in. I need an electrician in my team to complete this job. I also have another email re-wiring job too. My title says "seeking electrician for the long-haul," because though these are two modest, finite projects, I plan to live here for a longtime, until the landlady dies and sells it. She also lives on the property and needs an electrician and might have a project for you too. Overtime something always comes along and we'd like a trusted person that we can call on over the years, starting in June. As I mentioned, I'm an artist in a rented house and I'm looking for someone loyal who is willing to give me a fair price. I'd love to hear from you.
