We are in need of a full time Maintenance Technician Engineer.  Kaiser Health Benefits with 100% employee premiums paid along with generous vacation time are included in this wonderful position. Hourly wage depends on experience. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm with the possibility of additional hours when needed and/or be on call as needed. Work ethic is imperative, you’ll need to take direction well, be capable of working independently and have a friendly demeanor towards our residents and staff members. This is a physical job, heavy lifting, moving and standing are required. Duties include but aren’t limited to: -Knowledge & experience in general maintenance, curb appeal and yard care -Skilled labor in electrical, plumbing, re-building/repairing carports and garages -Completing resident maintenance requests in a timely manner (within 72 hours) -Pool & spa management & upkeep -Household garbage pick up for approximately 200+ homes -Debris pick up (yard debris & construction debris) -Mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, planting, general curb appeal -Cleaning up Rec Hall, bathrooms, pool hall and laundry room -Setting up tables and stations in Rec.
