Established Commercial/Residential Construction General Contractor is looking for a Carpenter's Helper/Laborer. Our current crews are all long time employed hard workers - Plan to stay with us, learn and earn Starting Hourly Rate/Entry Level $23.50 per hour - OR TBD w/Experience Paid weekly Employment Requirements: Must be eligible to work in USA Valid Driver’s License, have a good driving record Reliable Transportation Flexible with job locations, able to travel to All Bay Area Counties Bilingual OK, also need English speaking Available to work 40 hours per week Physically able to work actively for 8 hours a day, lift 60lbs or more Good work ethic, prompt, reliable, eager to learn new skills, assertive, able to take initiative to help where needed or grab a broom and sweep up,clean up, organize, able to stay busy when in between assisting other crew members. Be a team player, cooperate, assist, listen and follow instructions Tasks/assignments: Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment Ability to measure and cut materials accurately Knowledge/Skills to safely use hand and power tools Lift, move, organize, stock materials on job site hand digging, excavation Not required but pay rate increased with verifiable experience of well rounded skills w/some knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, plumbing repair, drywall, painting, concrete work, insulation, ceiling tile installations, building maintenance etc.
