I lost my engagement ring!!!!

I lost my engagement ring!!! Please please please help me! I was hoping i would find it in my car, but i have completely torn it apart over the past few days & I retraced my steps (which were literally ALL OVER TOWN)…and still nothing! I noticed it was gone while walking up the trail @ Buena Vista Park on Friday morning 5/20/2022 …and the last time i know i had it for sure was while I was out doing deliveries for uber eats on Thursday night 5/19/22 …during which time i know i had it because i remember taking it off for a moment because my finger was sore from washing my hands so much with it on…but my fiancee had a video of me around that time/shortly after the moment i remember and it was back on my finger after that…. so it must have slipped off my hand somehow?! its just inconceivable how i managed to lose my engagement ring and not notice it until the next afternoon😢😭?!!! Or if i lost it at buena vista park why i didnt hear it hit the ground!! I have absolutely no idea how it came off because it has never happened before but i am dumbfounded and ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED!!!! This ring meant the world to both myself and my fiancé… please renew my faith in humanity and share this with anyone you know who may have found a diamond ring within the past week and convince them to return it… please!? Or if you found it i beg of you, please! I will owe you my life if you can reunite me With my ring!! It is from Kay jewelers and says “Neil Lane” in slightly faded engraving on the inside of the band.. i am praying / begging/ hoping / wishing that someone out there somewhere found it and does the right thing and fixes the unthinkable… i cannot stop crying… & all i can do now is ask for your help!!
