His name is MOCHA(chichi). Should have a tag. Small and scruffy Chihuahua mixed with mini pin. Black and brown. Scruffy guy. He just turned 8. Look super old but act young. Super friendly. He is a sick dog. Need his medication. My daughter has been crying non stop. He ran toward MINERVA st where the park is at and he never came back. Please guys help me look for him.
