This orientation and required training is the first step to volunteering in Convivium’s kitchens! Participants will learn the basic layout of kitchens and safety skills necessary to help us in future volunteer opportunities related to tasks like preserving our harvests, canning, dehydrating, pickling, making jams and jellies and more. This orientation/training is intended for prospective volunteers and volunteers who have worked with us in the past.
