We will be making beef and chicken Sancocho, Arepitas de Maiz Dominicana and Dulce de Leche Cortada. Yummy!! Monica Lamelas is originally from the Dominican Republic and has been living in Mississippi since 2001. She teaches Spanish at Booneville High School. She loves cooking and sharing food with friends and family.
