LOOKING FOR A PAINTER AND A KITCHEN CABINET INSTALLER I am a landlord and we look to freshen up our homes during the year and at tenant turnover time. All Homes as located in Fort Myers. PAINTER: Needs to be experienced and very detail oriented for start. Own tools / equipment including ladders, power washer, etc. Must have own transportation and a state drivers license and a working track record. We do not spray. ONLY roller, brush, etc. KITCHEN CABINET INSTALLER: MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH OWN TOOLS AND TRACK RECORD. When it comes to kitchens, you must be able to do it all and right the first time. Other general household maintenance and repair knowledge a plus. Must have own vehicle, a state drivers license, be detail orientated, good work ethic, come to work to get the job done. Best suited for one and two man crew that can take over and do what is needed without drama, and likes the amount of work available. ALSO.... WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WELL EXPERIENCED HANDYMEN. WE RUN BACK ROUND CHECKS AN EVERYONE. WE ARE WELL EXPERIENCED WITH OVER 50 HOMES JUST IN FORT MYERS ALONE. THIS COULD BE A GREAT LONG TERM BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE.
