Assists Finish Carpenter to make the job go more efficient. Has knowledge of basic construction, safety, and power tool usage. Basic handy man skills for general remodeling needed, with attention to detail, and good communication skills. This position is may do anything, from paint, install base, underlayment, flooring, tile, finish plumbing fixtures, hanging lights fans mirrors cabinets shower doors toilets supply lines, deliver material, maintain clean and safe job site, roof tarping, and make dump runs, etc. As we work on home owner insurance claims we have a separate team that typically handles the mitigation drying and demo then turns over the rebuilding and replacing to our construction team. Must have a good driving record with valid license, pass drug test, and clean background.
