This event will focus on all things LOC'D -Hair, Beauty and Wellness. In solidarity with the natural hair movement, the Loc'd Fest will bring awareness about hair discrimination and dispel the stereotypes associated with natural and Loc'd hair. Our main focus will be on self-freedom, educating, self-care, unity and being Confidence.
