Need a part time baby sitter for 3 month old

I am posting for my niece. Need someone to come to their home to care for their baby girl. Mom works part time. They need care 2.5 days a week (2 full days 7:30-5:00pm and 1 half day 7:30-12:30). Days are Tuesday to Thursday. They’re open to having someone rent their downstairs studio with a functional kitchen (complete with full size bathroom). An ideal person is a student or a single mom with a young child with a clean driving record and experience with a newborn. We will check for references I will interview the candidates before I introduce you to the family. Parents both work in the healthcare system in Monterey so they’re also open to dropping off the baby in your home close to their work but the ideal thing is to have someone care for their baby in their home.
