Have you ever wondered how Perspective plays a role in your child’s development and overall happiness? Join us for a unique 90-minute workshop that shows your child how to see a bigger picture and take in all aspects of a situation. Your child will have an opportunity to assemble mindfulness and creative tools in the Little Sage Yoga kit, engage in games, yoga poses, and includes a fun art-making activity! Through Yoga and Art, you can increase overall happiness, perspective and connection. Art supplies are included and the Little Sage Yoga kit should be purchased in advance.
