On May 23rd our Governor announced the launch of the Hometown Heroes Housing Program. This program is designed to reduce interest rates and help our hometown heroes with their closing costs up to 5% or $25,000 per eligible family. Rent is skyrocketing and many hometown heroes need to move further away from their job, this program is created to help families own a home closer to work. If you are interested about learning about this program, see if you're eligible and/or to learn about homeownership this free seminar is for you. We will have goodiebags, food and drinks waiting for you and we will do a raffle for an additional $500 towards your prepaids or closing costs when purchasing a home through us.
